Refund policy
Thank you for buying from Afoduct. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so this page explains clearly how refunds and returns work.
Our products are digital
We sell instant digital downloads only (PDF ebooks, including The Ancient Remedy Collection). We don't sell or ship physical items, so there is nothing to send back.
No returns
Because digital products can't be returned once you have them, we don't accept returns. Instead, we handle problems through the refund and support options below.
Refunds for downloaded products
Once your ebook has been downloaded, the sale is final and we don't offer refunds because you changed your mind, didn't like the content, or found it wasn't what you expected. Please read the product description and preview pages carefully before you buy.
When we will help or refund you
We want to put things right in these situations:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong item: you received a different product from the one you ordered.
- Technical problem: the file is damaged, won't open, or the download link doesn't work, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- Order not delivered: you didn't receive your download email within 24 hours and we can't resend it.
In these cases, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. First, we'll try to fix the problem by resending the file or providing a different format. If we can't solve it, we'll refund you.
How to request help
Email us at afoduct@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps)
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the money to show in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll email you when the refund has been issued.
Immediate download and your right to cancel
When you buy a digital product, you agree that we may deliver it immediately, and that you lose any right to cancel the order once the download begins. This applies where the law allows it. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer where those rights can't be waived.
Cancelled orders
If you want to cancel an order before you receive your download link, contact us straight away. If we haven't delivered the product, we'll cancel and refund it.
Chargebacks
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first. We resolve issues quickly and fairly, and we'd always rather help you directly.
